What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also store profile information you choose to add (such as a display name, bio, or self-reported CKD stage tag), your activity within the community and courses (posts, comments, course progress), and, if you use the private wellness journal, the entries you write there.

What we do not collect

Kidney Holistic does not store medical records, lab results, diagnoses, or other data covered by HIPAA. Please do not enter identifiable medical record details (such as specific lab values) into free-text fields like posts, comments, or your wellness journal.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the community and course features, to communicate with you (including by email or phone about your account or Kidney Holistic programs), and to improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
